Great news, we are now releasing phase two of our rota enhancements with the goal of this release to improve features and make the rota product more user-friendly for employers.
Each of the following feature updates and changes has been enhanced based on feedback from our customers. With this in mind, we are especially looking forward to sharing the latest improvements.
What’s New?
Change to Rota Shift Modal - Open Shifts
The shift modal has now been updated to give users the ability to assign a staff member or now a locum to a shift without exiting the rota. As you can see below, the veiw has been updated to allow you to assign a person instead of an employee or locum.

Ability to swap employees in shifts
We have added the ability for employers to swap shifts without deleting and creatinga. new shift. The New ‘Assign Person’ tab allows coordinators to swap shifts by picking from a list of staff members. Once saved this will be reflected in the live rota and you can choose to notify employees of changes.

Existing Locum and Employee Shifts - View Locum and Employee Profile straight from shift modal
Once in the shift modal you now have the ability to view the profile of the person assigned to this shift (locum or employee). In order to see these details you simply click on the ‘View Profile’ link under the avatar. This will give you access to all details including contact and compliance information.

Each of these phase two changes will dramatically improve the user experience for coordinators. Each new feature will have a help article explaining the enhancements and functionality in further detail.
