Experience you’ll need to be successful in this role
5 years experience of consultative B2B Account Management
Experience researching, creating and delivering personalised value propositions to each prospect
Have a proven track record of overdelivering against targets and objectives
Experienced presenter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly computer literate
Experience selling software or working in a healthcare environment is a bonus
Qualities you’ll need to be happy in this role
Be a ’natural’ when it comes to developing relationships
Commercially astute. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, shows initiative and is highly organised
Inquisitive in nature, to be successful you must have a growth mindset

About this role To supplement our successful sales team we are hiring an experienced Account Manager.
Reporting directly to the CEO the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our key client accounts. The primary focus of the account manager will be to support and build customer relationships ultimately resulting in increased revenue and maximising retention.
Responsibilities This is a new role for Locate a Locum and an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate. You will have the opportunity to develop the account management strategy for Locate a Locum from day 1. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Building and nurturing positive relationships with clients, at both Executive and Operational levels
Be accountable for your portfolio and associated revenue numbers
Proactively grow your portfolio through identifying and pursuing cross-sell & up-sell opportunities
Act as a strategic partner to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through the company’s offerings
Develop expert knowledge of the Locate a Locum platform
Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and customer feedback to cross-functional teams
Document plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
Create a repeatable and transferable framework for managing our clients
End to end management of commercial renewal agreements
Prepare and facilitate regular account business review meetings to attain low churn rates and maximise upgrade opportunities
Develop and execute account management strategies in order to achieve targets
