Locate a Locum created an online platform to enable locums to apply for available shifts. The platform gives access to locum work, covering holidays and sickness in some, 10,000 pharmacies and opticians across the UK and Ireland, working with some of the biggest names.

As a growing business, we are looking to expand our Marketing Team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience conducting a wide range of B2B marketing activities
  • Experience developing Sales Enablement content
  • Experience using web-based analysis tools (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Experience using CRM-based marketing tools (e.g. Pardot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Pipedrive, Hubspot etc)
  • Experience using social media advertising execution tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • A degree in Marketing or similar

Job Duties

Our ideal Marketing Manager will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and be confident in defining and leading the high-quality execution of a wide range of B2B marketing/sales enablement activities including:

  • Managing the execution of B2B (SaaS) marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Development of Sales Enablement material, templates and processes to support the Sales team in prospecting, lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Automated (Hubspot-based) demand-gen and lead-nurturing activities using content-led marketing approaches
  • Managing industry-wide brand-awareness growth, including planning and leading the delivery of our presence at external events, trade shows and industry conferences
  • Market/competitor awareness, insight and analysis
  • Identification and development opportunities to create partnerships with 3rd party providers (technology/industry bodies/professional bodies) to enhance our offer and reach new markets
  • Is comfortable in making and defending recommendations, using qualitative and quantitative data to support your proposals, drive decision making and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
