Job Description

Locate a Locum has successfully captured the pharmacy Locum Market and we’re now looking to expand and grow our perm division within the healthcare industry.

We currently work with some of the biggest names in Pharmacy including Boots and Superdrug and have recently launched into the Health and Social Care Industry.

Job Requirements

  • Skills & Experience Required - Essential
  • Minimum of 2 years proven agency experience
  • Consistent strong biller
  • Confident and professional communicator at all staffing levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Desirable Experience

  • Use of Bullhorn and Linked in Recruiter
  • Healthcare Recruitment Experience

Job Duties

We’re looking for an energetic and self motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established and growing Perm Division.

The successful candidate for this role will already have a proven, agency track record and have the drive and ambition to grow within the division

  • Full ownership of 360 recruitment process
  • Set vacancies and post adverts on relevant platforms
  • Proactively headhunt candidates using social media, LinkedIn etc.
  • Conduct pre screen telephone interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with Clients
  • Maintain the CRM
  • Meet agreed weekly/monthly KPI’s
