Job Description
Locate a Locum created an online platform to enable Locum Pharmacists to apply for available shifts. The platform gives access to locum work, covering holidays and sickness in some 8000 pharmacies across the UK and Ireland, working with some of the biggest names.
Role
You will work within our implementation team, leading customer onboarding to our SAAS and Marketplace products to ensure a seamless transition to using LAL solutions. Managing tasks and resource through onboarding is crucial. As such an organised and structured approach is required.
Upon go live, you will take responsibility for supporting the customer throughout the life of their contract, ensuring they are getting the most from our solutions, providing/finding the right support, and being their voice within LAL and celebrating their successes.

Job Duties

- Advise and guide our customers, and internal staff on queries they may have on the use of our solutions.
- Issue meaningful customer review packs monthly to help develop their use of the system to its fullest and to identify opportunities for them and for Locate a Locum.
- Work within and maintain our KPI targets monthly.
