Job Description

Locate a Locum created an online platform to enable Locum Pharmacists to apply for available shifts. The platform gives access to locum work, covering holidays and sickness in some 8000 pharmacies across the UK and Ireland, working with some of the biggest names.

Role

You will work within our implementation team, leading customer onboarding to our SAAS and Marketplace products to ensure a seamless transition to using LAL solutions. Managing tasks and resource through onboarding is crucial. As such an organised and structured approach is required. Upon go live, you will take responsibility for supporting the customer throughout the life of their contract, ensuring they are getting the most from our solutions, providing/finding the right support, and being their voice within LAL and celebrating their successes.

Job Requirements

  • Able to understand customer budgets and tailor our training solutions appropriately.
  • Creation and maintenance of online learning tools.

Job Duties

Our ideal Customer Success Lead:

  • Product focussed, you will ensure our customers are getting the most from our solutions.
  • Structured, well planned, methodical journeys are central to your work.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our software solutions and new functionality as it is released.
  • Effective and clear communication is at the top of your priorities at all times.
  • Able to plan and run efficient meetings.
  • Data driven, particularly when performing analysis of system use.
  • Listening to understand is a key trait.
  • Proactively provide feedback to product management on opportunities to improve the solution based on your customer insights.
  • Assist our customers through provision of support advice and guidance to address their needs.
  • Advise and guide our customers, and internal staff on queries they may have on the use of our solutions.
  • Issue meaningful customer review packs monthly to help develop their use of the system to its fullest and to identify opportunities for them and for Locate a Locum.
  • Work within and maintain our KPI targets monthly.
