Locate a Locum uses innovative marketplace technology through our website and app to mobilise the world's healthcare workforce and get the right people in the right place at the right time.

We have helped drive a digital revolution in healthcare. As well as working in a day-to-day capacity to place healthcare workers, we also have a business solution that provides healthcare workforce management, including Rota, Leave, Time & Attendance, Payments, and Reporting.

Job Title: Locum Success Consultant Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - core shifts are 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday with alternative shifts to cover 09:00-21:00, assigned on a rota basis.

We are searching for a Locum Success Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our locum healthcare professionals. You will support and collaborate with new and existing locums to facilitate seamless placements and address any challenges that arise.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience working in the Healthcare sector, particularly Optometry.

Job Duties

  • Work on an on-call basis as required including Public Holidays and weekends (07:00 - 15:30).
  • Build and grow a base of regular locums working via Locate A Locum within your assigned region (including Retention).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to locums - providing excellent customer service and support as needed.
  • Provide outstanding service in every interaction with our Healthcare Professionals and Customers.
  • Establish, manage and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Understand and work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of your own personal development.
  • Comply with all company policies, and deliver against regulatory and legal obligations.
