Why did you join Locate a Locum and what has made you stay?

I was given the opportunity to work with LAL after previous experience in the same job role. Honestly the atmosphere created by the team members I work alongside has made me stay and the challenge of the job being so different every day makes it more interesting and challenging.

What’s your favourite thing about your role at LaL?

My favourite thing is the team I am surrounded by. Honestly I could not hope for better!

What’s a career highlight since you joined LaL?

Getting the opportunity to become a team lead and the challenges that come with it. It has been amazing so far!

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

My biggest inspiration so far has been Justyna. She has been nothing but amazing and supportive since joining the business and has helped me develop into the type of team lead I wish to be with following her example.

What's the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

Everyone makes mistakes and asks ‘silly’ questions. In any job role especially when you are new it is easy to get nervous and it is expected that you will ask a lot of questions you might think are ‘silly’. There is no need to worry about things like this, everyone at some stage has been in the same situation and don’t forget you will have other people around you to lean on.
