The role of the Locum Success Consultant is to support you, the locum pharmacist or optometrist, in your career journey with us. We can assist with wage queries, store updates, issuing smart cards and any other staff related queries.

What’s your favourite part of your role: It’s constantly changing and evolving with the needs of the business, having been here for 6 years I still feel like no two days are the same.

What region do you support: Northern Ireland and Scotland

What services can you provide to locums: Help and guidance when booking shifts on the website/app which involves answering any questions they may about working with different companies. I also can help locums book block shifts in Scotland if they choose to do a stay away.

What advice would you give someone interested in becoming a locum: Make sure you are fully registered with all the pharmacies and read up on the SOPs. The more accreditations you have the better. Also, being flexible really goes a long way.

Random fact about yourself: I love travelling, especially to Malaysia where my grandparents live!
