What’s your favourite part of being a Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant? Finding the right role for the right person and the fact that I get to spend most of my day chatting with people to make that happen! I love getting to know my candidates and seeing them excel in a role that is perfect for them!
What services can you provide to pharmacy job seekers? A little bit of everything really from helping write that perfect CV, to supporting in those terrifying interviews. Sometimes it's something as small as a little chat about what roles might be suitable for you at that point in your career.
What advice would you give someone searching for a pharmacy job? Research and support. In Locate we are fortunate to have some fantastic clients who we know inside and out and there is nothing better than walking into an interview and being able to talk about the client and that knowledge really sets you apart from other applicants.
Support as well, at Locate we support you every step of the way and well into your career. Also talk to friends and family about the role, if you find you are excitedly talking about the role, chances are it's the right move!
Tell us something random about yourself: I am a ‘pawrent’ to a mini zoo. I have a collie, retriever, british shorthair and a maine coon who is probably bigger than all of them combined!
