Now half way through the year we sat down with Sarah and talked about her experience with Locate a Locum. Read on below to find out more about Sarah's career so far.

How long have you been working with Locate a Locum? Just over a year and a half - and loving it!
What inspired you to join the team here? The team itself! From the first stage of the interview process I got such a great vibe off the team and you could feel a really strong company culture. For a hybrid/remote working company the sense of team and community was still so strong and I couldn’t wait to join such an amazing bunch of people.
What do you love most about your job? The variety, no two days are the same. Marketing is already such a varied discipline and I am really lucky to be able to work in so many different aspects of marketing. One day I may be making beautiful designs on canva while the next I could be mining through data to develop campaign strategies.
Tell us about a professional success story that you’re proud of: I have been with Locate a Locum for a year and a half now and there have been so many fantastic opportunities. I have been lucky enough o be involved in some exciting projects including onboarding brand ambassadors, hosting online events and representing LaL at trade shows. However, I am most proud of my move to Senior Growth Marketer, as this promotion has enabled me to take lead on projects such as Level Up rewards.
Random fact about yourself: I am a massive swiftie and 99% of the time I will have Taylor Swift blasting in my earphones while I’m working.
