Superdrug has over 200 pharmacies across the UK, with over 1000 trained staff and a bank of over 4000 flexible workers.
Superdrug had problems around managing their rotas and scheduling bank staff into vacant shifts. They also had standards that needed to be met when it came to the payment of permanent and flexible workers. As with most healthcare providers Superdrug wanted to ensure their estate met professional compliance standards at all times.
